There are three stages to tenant eviction:
We will serve notice on your tenant. In most cases, this legal step is enough to ensure your tenant pays the arrears or leaves the property within the valid time frame.
We issue proceedings against your tenant, arrange the court date, all legal papers and attend court on your behalf to obtain a possession order and if necessary a money order. Our fee includes the £150 court fee.
This is needed very rarely, however if your tenant does defy the Court Order, we arrange for Court Bailiffs to remove the tenant. This includes the £100 Bailiff fee.
